course @ kursus

Learning objectives:
  • demonstrate a support worker role
  • apply good oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills such as tact and diplomacy, and an understanding of the organisational structure and nature of the business
  • practices assertive behaviour with regards to managing pressure and conflicting demands, to have an understanding of group dynamics, be both co-operative and collborative, and be able to manage conflict and consensus
  • skills for problem solving (thinking-on-the feet)
I've attended this two-days course at HCDC. Overall: compact, comprehensive and informative and also very well presented. Even masa tu aku tengah demam/flu/cough (package youuu!). Ingatkan aku nak amik MC jer on the 2nd day tu... tapi terbayang2 plak nnti aku tak dapat course certificate, tapi yang aku dapat medical certificate! Finally, aku end-up the course with a big smile!!
